Adam Watford, a punter from Dothan, Alabama, joined Alabama as a transfer from North Alabama. Over three seasons with the Lions, he appeared in 35 games and recorded 32 punts of 50-plus yards to set the UNA school record. As a junior in 2025, Watford averaged 46.5 yards per punt across 66 attempts for 3,073 yards, including a long of 74 yards. He set the FCS single-season record with 17 punts of 50-plus yards that year and earned United Athletic Conference Co-Specialist of the Year honors.
