Roger Jones Jr. is a free safety from Huntingtown, Maryland, who redshirted during the 2024 season. In 2025, Jones appeared in all 12 games as a starter, recording 76 total tackles (39 solo) and 2 interceptions for 3 yards, including one in the end zone against Wyoming that earned him Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week honors—the only Falcon to receive the award that season. He also recovered one fumble and posted a 0.5 tackle for loss. His season high came against Navy with 13 total tackles.
